Exhausted from the summer heat?

Perhaps you know the feeling after a long, tiring summer day. The heat makes you tired, your arms and legs feel heavy. Especially if you have been doing physically strenuous activities in the heat.

You long for a cooling down and revitalisation for your exhausted body!

At such a moment, it can be very beneficial to counter the exertion of the day with a refreshing shower. It is especially nice to have a moment to take a deep breath and to be able to do your body care a little more extensively.

For an evening refreshment, we recommend a shower with Dr. Hauschka Lemon Lemongrass Shower Gel - the pleasant fragrance reduces the heaviness of the day. Simply mix all the ingredients! Garnish with ice cubes and lemons.

420 ml cooled herbal tea, water or coconut water.
⅛ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
2 teaspoons honey (or maple syrup, according to taste).
60 ml lemon or lime juice
1 teaspoon calcium/magnesium powder (optional).
